I find happiness in an honest meal. Whether it’s a simple pasta or an exquisite risotto, a perfectly cooked steak or an intricately prepared curry, all great dishes are a seamless blend of ingredients and indulgence, of style and substance.

I have seen Chefs from Europe slave to make humble meals, cooks in South America prepare gourmet dinners on one burner stoves, and masters in Asia defy the laws of physics with their intensity and technique. So as I travel the world I will share with you the epicurean wonders of the globe; the tastes both exotic and familiar, and the ideas and inspirations that always leave me wanting more.
