Each week I like to choose a new wine to introduce to our fans. These wines vary by region, by varietal and even by price. I don’t think cost and value are necessarily related. So I like to focus on wines I have experienced on my travels and I think our fans will enjoy trying. salut!

Camino Romano ImageWINEMAKING NOTES:
The wine expresses the fruit, freshness and roundness of the grapes after a rigorous selection on the vineyards between 15 to 30 years old. The winemaking emphasises the fruity side, keeping a soft and delicate wine ready to be enjoyed at any time. We are using the modern technique of “cold soaking”, that we have perfected to have the maximum of benefits: high colour and fruit extraction with low extraction of tannins from the seeds and skins of the grapes.

With deep red purple colour, the wine has an intense fruity aroma of red and black friuts. On the palate the wine is elegant with good acidity that balances the wine. The fruit character predominates with a touch of oak and a very fresh and clean finish. A great introduction to the wines of the region!.
